Our firm started in Kuala Lumpur with a humble begining in 1992 by our Managing and Senior Partner, Dato’ Jeffery Yap. In that year, we amalgamated with another audit firm, Yap Pow Kong & Co. (AF: 0161).
From 150 clients back in 1992, we have grown to 6000 clients (latest count done in 2016) with branches in Kangar, Seremban, Johor Bahru and Kota Kinabalu.
We aim ourselves by providing total professional, timely and value added services to all level of clients. We also believe in providing the best training programme to our future accountants send by our esteemed higher learning institutions for internship with our firm.

To give the best avenue to accounting students (irrespective of race and creed) to do their practicum in order for these students to graduate equip with relevant skills and knowledge.

As the firm continue to grow we intend to spread our wings to the following places:-
(1) Kelantan – Kota Bahru
The firm intends to set an office in the Northern State of Penisular Malaysia of Kelantan. The reasons for this is the vast market for our business is still untap. Besides the state has many talent and skills which this workforce can be utilized for our outsourcing purposes.
(2) Australia (Perth)
The firm has also set its eyes to expand internationally. The first overseas place for our firm would be Perth, Australia. We regard the Perth market to be big. This would give the firm the first taste of international exposure.
